How do I place an order?
You can use our secure online transaction system to purchase products from Coastal Treasures's website.
An order can be created and processed using our website's shopping cart. Simply enter the quantity of the product that you would like next to each product and then click on 'Add to Cart'.
Our system is secure but if you would rather not use your credit card details on line, you may print your order out or save it onto your computer. From there you can phone, mail, fax or email through the details.
DO NOT send your credit card details via email. You may email an order and then phone or fax us your credit card details. Coastal Treasures will not accept any responsibility for security of data transmitted via unencrypted email.
What is Coastal Treasures' method of payment and currency?
Do you have a pricing policy?
We endeavour to provide you with the best customer service and competetive prices! Most of our items have 2-3 levels of pricing, based on volume. These represent significant price reductions from the list price. Obviously the bigger quantity, the bigger discount we can provide. If you purchase items in large quantities and would like to discuss whether we can offer a better price, then please contact us with the details and we'll happily look into it.
All prices include GST. For international purchasers, we will adjust your order to remove the GST from the final price.

How is freight charged?
We have a flat delivery rate of $10.00 AUD for any parcel under 3kgs. If your parcel is over 3kgs we will confirm the delivery charge before applying your payment.
AIRMAIL AUSTRALIA POST: This is the most economical service for orders up to 20kg and is based on the international zone and weight of orders.
INSURANCE - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you would like your international order insured during delivery, a flat rate of $7.50 AUD is charged for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $2.00 for every additional $100 or part thereof, up to the value of $5000.
This option is available at checkout. Insurance is not available for residents of Canada as the postal system in Canada does not accept insurance on their postal items, so please do not select the insurance option at checkout.
What if an item is damaged or lost?
All goods sent from Coastal Treasures are checked prior to packaging to ensure they are sent in good condition. They are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit.

What if an item is out of stock after my order has been placed?
We have alot of products coming into our shop every month. We endeavour to keep stock on hand, but can't always achieve that. We are rarely out of stock for a long period of time.
Where we cannot fulfill your order, we will let you know and adjust the amount of your transaction before processing it. We will provide a notification when we expect delivery of the next consignment so you can go to the website and check when it has arrived.
Is your website secure?
Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit encryption - as shown on the bottom right hand of the screen (a padlock) during check out, confirming that transactions made through this website are done so securely.
